For Lisa. A way for your regulars to order from their phone, pick up at the counter, and get deals they can only get from KH. Built on the register you already have, in your name, through the end of the year.
The problem
You told me in August you want customers to stop calling in. Every call is someone at the counter waiting while an order gets written down.
I am one of them. I cut back on KH because Subway kept sending me coupons in their app. Your donuts are better. Their reminder was louder.
What we build
How
Most registers already have online ordering and coupons built in. We turn them on and put the KH site in front.
| If your register is | Online ordering | Monthly | Happy hour deal |
|---|---|---|---|
| Square likely yours | Square Online, pickup included | $0 | Works as a coupon code |
| Clover | Clover Online Ordering | $0 | Coupon codes exist. I confirm the details first. |
| Toast | Toast Online Ordering | about $75 | Yes, limited to set days and hours |
| Something else | Square free plan | $0 | Works as a coupon code |
Card fees on online orders run about 3% plus 30¢, the same kind of fee you pay at the counter. No delivery app commission. Your Uber Eats page stays, and we fix its name.
The plan
Find your register. Set up the KH Google email and web address. Claim your Google listing, fix the name and hours everywhere. Turn on online ordering.
The KH site goes live. Happy hour online. First regulars-only deal. A sign at the counter with a QR code. Instagram posting starts.
Holiday deal if you want one. We count online orders and deals used, then decide together what 2027 looks like.
The trade
Costs that would be yours, paid straight to the company: Google email about $7 a month per person, a web address about $20 a year, the register's own fees, and Square Loyalty if you want the stamp card.
Next step
About 10 minutes. It tells me where you stand on the trade, your real hours, the happy hour, how orders come in today, and which register you use. Skip anything you don't know. It saves as you go.
